Tofu Almond Pudding with Caramel Sauce


Serves 4




  • 1 packet Nutrisoy Silken Tofu or TLY Silken Tofu (300g)

  • 350ml almond milk

  • 6 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp agar-agar powder

  • ¾ cup boiling water



  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup light thicken cream

  • 1 tsp butter

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence




  1. Put the tofu, almond milk and honey in a blender. Blend them until all ingredients mixed and smooth. Put in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix the agar-agar powder into the boiling water. Stir until it dissolve.

  3. Mix the liquid agar-agar into the tofu bowl. Whisk gently.

  4. Pour all the ingredients into four 150ml ramekins using a strainer to avoid any lumps from the tofu.

  5. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours to set.




  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.

  2. Pour brown sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Add the cream. Stir until well combined and the sauce thickened.

  4. Add the vanilla essence.
