Tofu & Coleslaw Sliders


Serves 3



  • 1 packet of Nutrisoy Tofu Tempeh Burger (200g), cut to fit the burger buns

  • ½ cup Chinese cabbage, grated

  • ½ cup whole egg mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

  • Burger buns or fresh bread rolls

  • 2 sprigs of coriander, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 Spanish onion, sliced into rings

  • Cheese slices




  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, and salt together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

  2. Combine the cabbage with the mayonnaise mixture gently and thoroughly.

  3. Stack all the ingredients on the bun, starting with the slaw, coriander, onion, cheese and finally the lid.
